A Technical Advisory Committee was established by the Morgan County Emergency Management Communication Board. The Technical Advisory Committee is an advisory body and shall make recommendations to the Board. The Technical Advisory Committee meets monthly or as necessary. Each member shall serve without compensation and shall be entitled to one vote at properly convened meetings.
