911 Public Safety Dispatcher

Night Shift

                                          

              

Now taking applications for night shift positions. Starting pay $12.09 per hour. Qualifications: At least age 19, high school diploma or GED, valid Alabama driver’s license, computer literate/basic keyboarding, ability to multi-task, ability to work 12 hour shift work including weekends and holidays, and pass background check including drug test.

Benefits: health and life insurance, paid vacation, employee assistance program and state retirement. Duties: operation of a two way radio, telephone and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to dispatch emergency personnel. Apply in person, by mail, or online.
